PMD is a Saudi limited liability company with its head office located at Al-Jubail industrial city, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. PMD was established in 1998 for the purpose of developing private sector industrial projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Middle East.
 

PMD is promoted by Saudi shareholders who have held senior positions within leading state owned petrochemical companies, and experienced entrepreneur.
 

PMD is managed by a strong team of professionals with extensive experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals and financial services industry. The team is led by Majed A. Al-Ahmadi, who is the President and CEO. Other members of the management team bring in diverse experience in the areas of business, project management, project execution, project and corporate finance, plant operations and, marketing and planning.
 

The company is staffed with highly experienced engineers (chemical, mechanical and electrical), project and corporate finance, chemists, marketing, planners, accounting, administration, IT and HR professionals who support the management team.
